Shipping & Returns


Litter Kwitter delivers worldwide, pretty much. In some parts of the world the costs of shipping from one of our warehouses may be prohibitive, in which case we will supply a shipping quote for you to accept or otherwise.

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right to return or exchange your merchandise. For further information please see the returns and the cancellation right sections within these terms and conditions.

Customers ordering from outside the USA, the EU or Australia should be aware that customs fees might be levied on your parcel by your local authorities. Any such fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are beyond our control.


Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Debit Mastercard, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment will be debited and cleared in full amount from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Doogie Stuff Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

Legally binding contract

Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.


In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please email as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order before dispatch. If this is the case please refer to our Returns section below.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Doogie Stuff offers a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us on with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any shipping costs will also be deducted.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift refunds 
Returned gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser. Please make sure the unwanted gift item is in it’s unopened and it’s original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
